All works were carried out within a designated rail possession period over three consecutive 24-hour shifts. Due to the demanding programme requirements and tight timescales, Moits developed and executed a detailed hour-by-hour programme. Working alongside live traffic and within an operational rail corridor required meticulous planning and precise execution while upholding the highest safety standards to protect workers, the public, and existing infrastructure. The project scope was successfully completed ahead of schedule with zero incidents, and Moits received positive feedback from all stakeholders involved.
