Moits is guided by a group of successful leaders from a variety of organisations who possess significant industry expertise, and diverse capabilities and thought.

Michael, George and Tony Moit
Founding Directors
A shared passion for construction and all things machinery, has seen brothers Michael, George, and Tony Moit develop Moits from its early years as a small single-plant operation to what is now an highly-respected contracting company.
With more than 100 years’ of combined industry experience, Michael, George and Tony have been hands-on in establishing a company based on their values-first ethos of Family, Safety, Respect, Integrity and Commitment.
From plant operation to frontline project delivery, property development to organisational management; the brothers have drawn on their individual strengths to deliver quality-led outcomes for clients and community alike.
Their belief in giving back to the communities in which they operate has seen the brothers recognised for their charity and industry work, in addition to their core mission of supporting those they work with and alongside.
