DESCRIPTION: Provided demolition of existing 5 storey building including basements and carparks of existing shopping centre. Construction for the 6 level basement carpark included completing a full shoring system with shoring piles, foundation piles, ground anchors, rock anchors and shotcrete. The construction of a new vehicle ramp to the existing shopping centre was also developed. Works included all detailed excavation with the constraint of a Sydney water sewer main running through the project.
